Belinda Fox
In this increasingly volatile world, Melbourne-based artist Belinda Fox finds herself on a creative quest for repose and balance. Evolving this pursuit, Fox lays bare the paradoxes endemic to contemporary human experience. Her upcoming presentation at Sydney Contemporary with Arthouse Gallery examines the tumultuous times we live in, threading through the glimmers of beauty and fragility that ultimately set us at ease. Alongside Fox’s paintings and her ceramic collaborations with Neville French, Arthouse Gallery will showcase a collection of works by artists Naomi Hobson, Jo Bertini, Colin Pennock, Nicola Moss and ceramicist Amelia Lynch. Sydney Contemporary returns to Carriageworks from September 8–11, 2022.
