Fashion Artists
Fashion curator and writer Paola Di Trocchio, previously of the National Gallery of Victoria, has curated a major exhibition at MARS Gallery to coincide with Melbourne Fashion Festival. Featuring artists such as Atong Atem, Scotty So, Jenna Lee, Kate Rohde and Michael Zavros, as well as works by Australian designers including Romance was Born, Akira Isogawa, Matea Gluščević, Nicol and Ford and Yarrenyty Arltere Artists, Fashion Artists mines the fertile intersection of art and fashion to explore the body as a site for wide-ranging artistic ideas, expressed across diverse media. Fashion Artists runs from February 8 to March 8, 2025.
