Tarrawarra Biennial 2025
Yorta Yorta writer and curator Kimberley Moulton is the curator of the TarraWarra Biennial 2025, titled We Are Eagles. Drawing its title from the speech given by Pastor Sir Doug Nicholls KCVO OBE on the 1938 Day of Mourning, We Are Eagles features new commissions from 22 artists around the themes of regeneration of, and transcultural connections to, land, object, memory, ancestral knowledge and history. Artists include Brooke Wandin, Shireen Taweel, Nadia Hernández, Iluwanti Ken and Nathan Beard. The ninth TarraWarra Biennial runs from March 29 to July 20, 2025.
